I love watching the Grand Avenue corridor change - along with tattoo parlors, shipping-container apartments, barbers and Grid bike share stations, the food keeps coming. I stopped by ThirdSpace today for lunch. Erica, who bartends is about as cool as they come. And she represents the energy, creativity and pride of the small businesses in the area. And the Southbound Salad is incredible -- get it with the pulled pork. You'll want to take the house-made ranch dressing home with you.
